Seriously?!
So for all of those who have had kids before, I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about. Tuesday morning I went in for my weekly OB appointment and they did the exam. I was expecting the violation, but I wasn't expecting it to hurt as much as it did. The Doctor told me I could expect spotting, which I did, but I seriously felt like it was that time of the month again. (a feeling I haven't gotten in several months obviously) I started to feel better by the time I went and worked out that evening and felt fine until Tony and I went to bed around midnight. I was laying in bed and I started to get real contractions. I got a little nervous because these were the first ones I had felt that were pretty consistent. I called the hospital a couple times. They told me to track them and they were close enough that they wanted me to come in. I went in, they hooked me up to the monitors and Tony and I were all pumped because we were thinking this was it. Finally, right? NOPE! We were there for 3 hours and we ended up going home empty handed and very exhausted. I haven't really felt any contractions since and learned that just because you are dilated to about a 3 doesn't mean that baby is coming out. You have to be 100% effaced as well. Which I'm only about 30%. (sorry if that was more than you wanted to know.) Anyway, I just thought I would give the update. I'm still feeling great, but I am getting anxious. Two more weeks!! (Hopefully! cross your fingers!)

Sorry to hear that baby Liston is not ready to make his apperace in the world. I'm sure he'll come soon. Let us know if you guys need anything.
Ahh The waiting game is the worse. Hope you don't have to wait much longer.
I agree the waiting game is so hard, because you never really know when the time will come. One of Tom's cousins went to the hospital three times, each time being turned away, before she was actually admitted to the hospital and her baby was born. You just never know.
Hang in there. I wish you and Tony the best.
Soon enough he'll be here to hold! Let us know if there is anything you need. By the way you look amazing! Rub that belly for me.
Almost there....EXCITING!!!!
The countdown! For real this time!
